TMEM54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM54-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP8, MIR3667, and ANAPC15P1. Each is linked with TMEM54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM54-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP8 grouped by TMEM54-low versus TMEM54-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM54→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
