The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TMEM52B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM52B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LGG, and ESCA are the cancer types where TMEM52B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
