TMEM51

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM51 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM51-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-8P, MIR107, and MIR944. Each is linked with TMEM51 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM51-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-8P grouped by TMEM51-low versus TMEM51-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM51→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
