TMEM51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,252 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM51-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFHD2, THEMIS2, and NABP1. Each is linked with TMEM51 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM51-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM51 versus EFHD2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM51→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
