TMEM47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASF2, PREP, and GGA2. Each is linked with TMEM47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM47-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM47 versus WASF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
