TMEM43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,693 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC11C, SEC23B, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with TMEM43 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM43-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM43 versus SEC11C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM43→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
