TMEM42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,818 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, SEC24A, and NELFB. Each is linked with TMEM42 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM42-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM42 versus KIAA1143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM42→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
