Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM41B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,997 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM41B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIGIRR, IPO7, and RAC2. Each is linked with TMEM41B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM41B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM41B results are reported.
