Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM41B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,504 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM41B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated perturbation of viral RNA genome replication, Regulation of macroautophagy, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with TMEM41B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM41B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM41B results are reported.
