TMEM41A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM41A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM41A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, TTTY12, and PEBP1P1. Each is linked with TMEM41A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM41A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM41A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by TMEM41A-low versus TMEM41A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM41A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM41A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
