Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM41A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM41A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TMEM41A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM41A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM41A results are reported.
