TMEM40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,948 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF185, TMEM40_S137, and KRT80. Each is linked with TMEM40 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM40-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM40 versus ZNF185 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM40→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
