TMEM40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,320 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM40-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A12, ANXA8, and PERP. Each is linked with TMEM40 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM40-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM40 versus S100A12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM40→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
