TMEM39B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM39B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,117 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM39B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, MBD3, and MSH6. Each is linked with TMEM39B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM39B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM39B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM39B versus RFC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM39B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM39B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
