TMEM39A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM39A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM39A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF148, POGLUT1, and DBR1. Each is linked with TMEM39A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM39A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM39A versus ZNF148 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
