TMEM39A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM39A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM39A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENOS, ZNF362, and ZNF606. Each is linked with TMEM39A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM39A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM39A versus SELENOS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
