Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM39A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,441 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM39A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with TMEM39A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM39A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM39A results are reported.
