TMEM33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,397 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are G3BP2, H1-0, and HTT. Each is linked with TMEM33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM33-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM33 versus G3BP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
