TMEM31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM31-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLUAP1, HOXB1, and LGR6. Each is linked with TMEM31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM31-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM31 versus CLUAP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
