Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TMEM273 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TMEM273 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TMEM273 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TMEM273 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where TMEM273 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
