The most reproducible TMEM273-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX5BP8, OR51C4P, and MIR6765. Each is linked with TMEM273 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM273-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM273 results are reported.
