Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM268 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM268-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, TPD52L2, and RABL6. Each is linked with TMEM268 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM268-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM268 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM268 versus PTPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM268→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM268) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
