TMEM268

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM268 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,972 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM268-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEK, PRPF4B, and E2F3. Each is linked with TMEM268 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM268-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM268 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM268 versus DEK in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM268→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM268) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
