TMEM267

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM267 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,735 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM267-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAIP1, ZNF131, and ZFR. Each is linked with TMEM267 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM267-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM267 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM267 versus PAIP1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM267→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM267) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
