TMEM263

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM263 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,294 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM263-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, PLOD1, and P4HA1. Each is linked with TMEM263 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM263-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM263 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM263 versus P3H1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM263→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM263) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
