Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM263 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM263-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ERK2, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TMEM263 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM263-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM263 results are reported.
