Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM263 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,177 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM263-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL1, HCFC2, and ERLEC1. Each is linked with TMEM263 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM263-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM263 results are reported.
