TMEM263

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM263 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,642 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM263-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSR1, DDOST, and SLC39A7. Each is linked with TMEM263 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM263-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM263 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM263 versus SSR1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM263→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM263) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
