The most reproducible TMEM262-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with TMEM262 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM262-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM262 results are reported.
