Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM258 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,003 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM258-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, succinate to ubiquinone, Regulation of protein K48-linked deubiquitination, and Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with TMEM258 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM258-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM258 results are reported.
