TMEM252

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM252 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,620 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM252-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM5, PGM5_S122, and TMOD1. Each is linked with TMEM252 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM252-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM252 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM252 versus PGM5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM252→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM252) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
