TMEM252

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM252 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM252-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TMEM252 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM252-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM252 results are reported.
