TMEM251

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM251 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,824 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM251-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, PPP4R3A, and GSTZ1. Each is linked with TMEM251 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM251-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM251 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM251 versus UBR7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM251→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM251) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
