Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM251 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,419 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM251-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, tRNA threonylcarbamoyladenosine modification, and mRNA 3'-end processing by stem-loop binding and cleavage. Each is linked with TMEM251 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM251-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM251 results are reported.
