TMEM250

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM250 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM250-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, PRRC2B, and FUBP3. Each is linked with TMEM250 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM250-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM250 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM250 versus EHMT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM250→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM250) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
