TMEM248

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM248 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,745 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM248-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBDS, WASL, and HIP1. Each is linked with TMEM248 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM248-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM248 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM248 versus SBDS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM248→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM248) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
