Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM248 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,792 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM248-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Cytosolic ribosome assembly. Each is linked with TMEM248 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM248-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM248 results are reported.
