The most reproducible TMEM243-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis, Negative regulation of T cell apoptotic process, and Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with TMEM243 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM243-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM243 results are reported.
