Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM237 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM237-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with TMEM237 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM237-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM237 results are reported.
