Q-omics provides the consensus-scored TMEM231P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. TMEM231P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, TMEM231P1 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, TMEM231P1 RNA expression shows 17,238 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where TMEM231P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
