TMEM223

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM223 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM223-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIP1, NAA40, and CPSF7. Each is linked with TMEM223 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM223-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM223 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM223 versus STIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM223→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM223) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
