Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM222 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,129 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM222-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA2, UBE2J1, and AHDC1. Each is linked with TMEM222 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM222-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM222 results are reported.
