TMEM214

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM214 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,510 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM214-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24D, CRTAP, and PPIC. Each is linked with TMEM214 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM214-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM214 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM214 versus SEC24D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM214→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
