Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM214 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,580 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM214-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAPGEF5, CPED1, and FHL5. Each is linked with TMEM214 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM214-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM214 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM214 versus RAPGEF5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM214→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
