TMEM214

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM214 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM214-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM225, NPM1P28, and RNU6-17P. Each is linked with TMEM214 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM214-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM214 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM225 grouped by TMEM214-low versus TMEM214-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM214→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
