Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM214 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM214-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDDM3B, EDDM3A, and TNP1. Each is linked with TMEM214 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM214-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM214 results are reported.
