Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM208 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM208-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Ku80, and VHL. Each is linked with TMEM208 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM208-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM208 results are reported.
