The most reproducible TMEM200C-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD1-26, CENPM, and EMC7. Each is linked with TMEM200C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM200C-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM200C results are reported.
