Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM200B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM200B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-784P, C18orf12, and RNU1-65P. Each is linked with TMEM200B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM200B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM200B results are reported.
