Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM200B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,835 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM200B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Positive regulation of chemotaxis. Each is linked with TMEM200B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM200B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM200B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion grouped by TMEM200B-low versus TMEM200B-high in BONE.
